By the Road
From La Rochelle, take the by-pass direction Île de Ré, without entering the town, cross the bridge, go south, to Sainte-Marie-de-Ré.

By Plane
Coming and going : Laleu-La Rochelle airport (at 10 minutes from Relais Thalasso).

By Train
TGV, from Paris-Montparnasse, to La Rochelle : 3 hours. Of course, you may book a taxi from the Atalante reception to the station.(8€)
